Thank you for stumbling upon my little blog. I want to start by outlining exactly why I'm here, and what I hope to accomplish.
I haven't always been a very organized person; however, as I've advanced through the years of my life, I've come to appreciate how far a little organizational effort can take me.
I continuously strive to improve my situation one little project at a time. This is first and foremost a space where I can amass all the great tidbits of knowledge and wisdom I deem worthy enough to adopt into my own life. Hopefully I can help others along the way.
I think few of us realize how all the seemingly insignificant pieces of disorganization in our life accumulate throughout any given day to culminate in a larger chaos that ultimately limits our progress.
How much time do you waste every day searching for things? We all have that junk drawer in the kitchen that we frustratingly stumble through every day to find the same few gadgets we actually use. What about the closet full of clothes that haven't seen the sun in years? How about the cluttered desktop full of useless icons displayed on a screen with sticky notes you'll never read or follow up on?
For me each one of these little things adds up to a lot of frustration. My energy is reduced, my outlook is less positive, and I accomplish less. There has to be a better way. There is always a better way!
Let's take small steps to organize, automate, and simplify our lives. I hope you continue on this journey with me. You would be amazed how much more we can accomplish when we're unburdened by disorder.
